- Identify and enhance design processes, offering solutions to elevate design capabilities and efficiency.
- Execute original content by harmonizing color, typography, imagery, and layout to convey impactful visual narratives.
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrable creativity and innovation in graphic design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (1+ years of experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to excel in a dynamic work environment.
- Commitment to continuous skill development through ongoing training.
- Comfortable working in US Shift (6:30 pm to 4:30 am IST).
- Work Environment: Face-to-face with potential for hybrid/remote arrangements.
- Schedule: 5 days a week, with evening hours (6:30 pm to 4:30 am IST).
- Salary: Competitive annual compensation ranging from INR 400,000 to INR 450,000 (payment terms: 60 days).
