Degree and/or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
6+ years of experience developing web applications;
Know your way around relational databases and also non-relational stores;
Passionate about areas such as Development, Architecture, Software Engineering and, possibly, Team and Project Management;
Experience leading development teams;
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential;
A strong will to continuously learn, teach, improve and make others grow
