From our point of view there is no doubt that in a few years the "norm" will be to access diagnostics and medical treatments at home and/or online.Job DescriptionYour role will be key to help us in improving efficiency and operational excellence.This is what you’ll do during your internship:Support in managing technicians and doctors' schedules, scheduling appointments and trips, and ensuring efficient workflow.Assisting in troubleshooting platform issues and collaborating with the technical team to resolve bugs.Support in operational management of flows and the development of new services and new geographical areas. * Manage and monitor daily KPIs.
Create and manage weekly KPI reports.
QualificationsMust have:Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or Biomedical.Interest in operations topics and strong analytical skills.Attention to detail.Self-starter attitude and eagerness to learn in a real-world startup setting.Continuous improvement mindset.An open mind.Nice to have:Studies in management technology, web programming language, empathic and determined personality.Fluent in italian and english.Additional InformationThis is a full-time internship for six months, with the potential to become a full time role upon graduation.
