- Develop and implement product strategies for Solanaceae crops in the North West Africa region
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Solanaceae sector
- Collaborate with research and development teams to create innovative solutions for Solanaceae crop cultivation
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers on Solanaceae crop management
- Organize and conduct field trials and demonstrations to showcase product effectiveness
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and customers
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on product performance and market insights
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and promote products
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Solanaceae industry, including growers, distributors, and research teams
- Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and sales forecasts for Solanaceae products in the North West Africa region
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of products and manage inventory levels effectively
- Identify and propose potential partnerships or acquisitions to expand the company's Solanaceae product portfolio
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance for all Solanaceae products in the region
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field;
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in agriculture or horticulture, preferably with Solanaceae crops
- Proven experience in product development or management in the agricultural sector
- In-depth knowledge of Solanaceae crops and their cultivation practices
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices in North West Africa
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French and Arabic is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant CRM systems
- Willingness to travel frequently within the North West Africa region
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
