Role: German - speaking customer service agentLocation: DublinSalary: €34200 (incl LA) + bonus + relocation package (up to €800)Benefits (after one year in the company): Pension, education assistance, disability benefit, employee discounts, bike to work scheme, annual leave, maternity / paternity leave, subsidized healthcare.Work hrs: Mon – Fri
  • Onsite training (circa 2 months)
  • Hybrid model: Once the training has been successfully completed: min 1 week onsite per month. (subject to change at some stage in the future)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product information, placing orders, and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Process customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and shipping, to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle irate or difficult customers
  • Detail-oriented and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture
