Reporting to the Regional Design Technology Director, you will leverage deep domain expertise with the variety of computational design technologies to lead and implement data-driven and simulation-driven insights into the decision-making process in profound and impactful ways.What You Will DoLead the deployment of scalable solutions across the region and projects.Collaborate with design teams and other technologists on projects across multiple practice areas for our global clients.Provide technology inspiration and thought leadership in design technology, and innovative solution approach across the region and projects.Identify, research, and recommend technology solutions and workflows that address needs expressed by our clients and design practitioners.Foster and grow the Design Technology and computation communities across the firm with focus on connectivity and excellence.Collaborate with external technology vendors, knowing how to evaluate solutions to arrive at the appropriate one for our teams.Present to internal and external stakeholders.Create and maintain workflow documentation.Adapt skills and knowledge to various projects and platforms.Your QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Building Science, Architecture, Design Technology.Minimum of 5 years of work experience delivering computational solutions on projects.Exceptional critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.Fluency conveying sophisticated concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences through storytelling, visual communication, and data-driven insights.Proven Experience driving Project-specific Digital Strategy orchestration and implementation on large & complex projects.Expert Rhino and Grasshopper user.Expert with Rhino-Revit Interoperability pipelines Rhino.Inside. Revit, Conveyor, or other solutions.Working knowledge of Rhino-based Computational Resilience Platforms (Ladybug.Tools, ClimateStudio, Eddy3D, or others).You are passionate about fostering a culture of innovation and appreciate and how it contributes to a larger experience and greater impact.You take initiative in inspiring people and projects with innovative thinking, outside the box solutions and problem solving.You carry a deep sense of curiosity about new topics and challenges coupled with a desire to employ innovative technologies in practice to develop new bold ideas.You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, creative, multi-disciplinary work environment.You are well adept in prioritizing your time and balancing competing priorities to meet delivery timelines.Beneficial SkillsWorking Knowledge of Revit and Dynamo.Experience in C# or Python development in the Rhino/Grasshopper environment.Experience in integrating embodied carbon calculations with BIM.Working knowledge of Revit API.Experience in designing modern and user-friendly UI/UX experiences.Experience in Data-visualization in PowerBI.Experience in Embodied Carbon studies (EC3, Tally, OneClick LCA).Experience in BIM ISO 19650 frameworks.Please apply for this Regional Computational Design Technology Lead role and submit your CV and portfolio for review.
