- Provide on-site technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Set up and configure new workstations and mobile devices.
- Help maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity and related issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve IT-related problems following ITIL standards.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures.
- Provide training and support to staff on basic IT procedures and software applications.
- Adhere to SLA on ticket resolution and provide timely and accurate updates..
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Less 1 year experience canditate or fresh graduate are welcome
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and other common business applications.
- Require problem-solving and communication skills.
