- Manage the Help Desk queue and handle troubleshooting tasks for users
- Answer both simple and complex questions regarding staff equipment
- Manage the on-boarding process with equipment for new hires
- Configuring new machines and repurposing old machines off company premises
- Field Zoom chats and phone calls regarding user concerns
- Document systems and explore alternate methodologies
- Perform routine maintenance on shared systems
- Assess and manage licenses across vendor systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution for all practice groups
- 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk support role
- The ability to work East Coast office hours regardless of physical location
- Self-starting work style
- Understanding of Microsoft operating systems and Office 365
- Understanding of Zoom and Zoom Phone systems
- Responsive and thoughtful communication across all firm levels
- The ability to set up new-user equipment or update equipment in an expeditious manner
- An excellent set of troubleshooting abilities
- Interest or experience with Linux operating systems
- Interest or experience with building and maintaining Network configurations
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritize effectively, and work independently while collaborating with others
- Share funny stories at our semi-weekly Admin Team calls
- Great interpersonal skills
- Understand that telling a user to “restart their computer” is a common occurrence
- Exhibiting patience and level-headedness during emergent situations
