- Support the marketing executive in organising monthly POS materials to ensure effective delivery of marketing collateral to stores within agreed deadlines.
- Work cross functionally with our commercial and operations teams on the planning and execution of our monthly promotions.
- Support the marketing executive with monthly store communications, including briefing documents and marketing updates.
- Support the marketing executive in effectively planning and managing store events and local sponsorships from end to end, working with the commercial and operations teams, agencies and other key stakeholders to ensure best in class promotional campaigns and events are executed in store on time and on budget.
- Support the marketing executive in planning, creating and uploading social media content on a weekly basis.
- Point of contact for stores to assist with day-to-day marketing related queries. Manage store marketing and POS queries on sharepoint by answering queries in a timely manner.
- Assist with design, production, allocation, and distribution of POS for various loyalty campaigns in store.
- Assist in the planning and execution of SMS text campaigns.
- Manage and provide marketing material to stores as required.
- Raise Purchase orders and liaise with finance on any queries.
- Provide administrative and project support where required.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a wider team.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus.
- Currently studying for a degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint). Knowledge of Desktop publishing (Photoshop) and Systems tools (Canva, Brandwatch or similar) desirable.
- A good understanding of the retail pharmaceutical market is an advantage, but not essential.
- Flexible and hybrid working with regular face to face interactions at the Group’s headquarters in Citywest (Dublin).
