Your role will involve:Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize property sales and achieve revenue targets.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and potential business opportunities.
Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, social media, and events, to showcase our property listings and build brand awareness.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including real estate agents, property managers, and administrative staff, to streamline processes and optimize sales performance.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry partners to expand our network and generate referrals.
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team, including training, mentoring, and performance management, to foster a culture of excellence and achievement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and market trends to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in real estate sales and marketing to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Represent Sydney West Realty Estate at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our reputation and promote our services.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher qualification/certificates in Marketing ,Business Administration, or related fieldsProven experience in sales and marketing management within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of international real estate markets and demonstrated success in dealing with overseas buyers.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive results and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
Fluency in bilingual languages will be advantageous, enabling effective communication with diverse clientele.
