- Over 12 years of progressive experience in Traffic Engineering, show casing their expertise and commitment to the field
- Proficiency in engineering software, manuals, and methodologies crucial for execuing the projects outlined above
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects, ensuring they stay on track within scope, schedule, and budget
- Extensive experience with 12 or more years working on projects similar to those mentioned
- At least 5 years in a Project Management capacity
- A knack for business development, demonstrating their ability to drive growth and success
- Exceptional team-building, and management skills, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Familiarity with SYNCHRO, VISSIM, and other modeling software, as well as, proficiency in MicroStation of other CAD software
- TxDOT Precertification in relevant categories, showcasing their commitment to excellence in Transportation Engineering
