Driven by You.This purpose of the Integrated Planning Manager, ANZ is to ensure the optimal balance between demand and supply, aligned with inventory policy to ensure all customer service metrics can be met.Key responsibilities:Accountable for the overall S&OP, Demand, and Supply (indirectly – with a dotted line to this role) teams across Australia and New ZealandWorking closely with our manufacturing mills on output and other activities to best satisfy the current planned levels of sales while meeting general business objectives of profitability, productivity, and competitive customer lead timesLead the team to work cross-functionally across ANZ with internal business units to forecast anticipated demand, inventory, supply and customer lead times based on the sales forecast, actual demand and capacity forecastWork with Kimberly-Clark Global Supply Chain teams to align and implement best practiceLead and review the demand and supply balance at the product family and master schedule levels, determining out-of-balance conditions, identifying alternatives, and recommending action for approvalWork with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Manufacturing to better understand competitive lead times for master scheduled items. Seek ways to reduce internal lead times as well as lead times to the customerChallenge current manufacturing and sourcing strategies for all product lines to be sure that the best and most customer-oriented strategy is being usedBe an internal educator and consultant on master scheduling issues, providing education and training throughout the company to improve company-wide understanding of MPS functionsLead the S&OP process to implement and optimise S&OP change programs to move the business through the S&OP Gold Standard Maturity modelAccountable for the Monthly MBR pack showing the business the net balance of demand and supply together with the key risks and opportunities to the P&LManage the inventory model to ensure the Cash Conversion Cycle is inline with the annual metricLead the Supply Chain planning teams through the change required to be best in-class Gold StandardWork with the Customer Supply Chain team to ensure KPI’s are being met and service levels by customers are maintainedDesign and implement improvement projects that are required to improve the Advantage survey outcomeDrive and lead system cleansings of MRP/APO/Prevail settings to ensure maximum setting results and strive for best in class ways of workingLead and develop with IT PowerBI dashboards which support business needs for supply chain/S&OP visibilityLead a strong planning team who actively works to streamline processes and customer mindset when making decisionsSupport audit control reviews and SOP’s related to planning functionsAbout YouYou have significant experience in Integrated Planning (Demand, Supply, and S&OP) and have managed teams throughout your careerExperience in an FMCG, eCommerce, or consumer goods organisation is a pre-requisite for this positionExperience required in SAP MRP/APO and ideally known forecasting tools, and the use of PowerBI/TableauA leader of leaders, you have demonstrated people leadership experience and are a hands on people coachWhat’s on offer:Our Kimberly-Clark employees receive a competitive salary and incentives as well as access to a fantastic range of benefits including superannuation, career development opportunities, free health & well-being activities, volunteering leave and much more.To Be Considered
