Job Description Lendi Group's Client Solutions team oversees the review, lodgment, processing, and settlement of Australian home loan applications. Our team, initially small in Australia, has grown over the past decade to include a larger team based in Manila, now totaling 300 members. Comprising various specialized teams, we aim to support our brokers and ensure a five-star customer experience. As the Head of Client Solutions, you will lead your team in achieving current performance goals while strategizing for future business requirements. Reporting to our Head of Credit Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. What You Will Be Doing Lead a dynamic team of Managers and Senior Managers dedicated to streamlining the home loan application process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy from lodgement through settlement. Champion an unparalleled Broker experience for over 1000 Brokers within the Lendi Group, our primary clientele, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance this interaction. Oversee the execution of ongoing projects, spearhead new initiatives, and navigate special projects from inception to fruition. Develop strategic objectives, establish targets, and strategically allocate resources within the Client Solutions team to drive overarching business objectives. Utilize data-driven insights to meticulously track, analyze, and report team performance, providing proactive recognition and actionable recommendations for improvement. Define and regularly review KPIs for each team, fostering a culture of accountability and mentorship to ensure goals are consistently met. Collaborate with teams through a consultative approach to identify and procure necessary tools and resources, ensuring seamless workflow execution. Foster a culture of innovation by generating and communicating ideas for process enhancement, consistently seeking ways to optimize efficiency. Uphold the stability and reliability of applications, maximizing availability and enhancing customer experience across the board. Contribute to the simplification and refinement of applications and tools to streamline operations and enhance user experience. Flexibility to work in-office is required, with an expectation of 3-4 days per month, averaging once a week. Qualifications Demonstrated over six years of valuable experience in team leadership and management. Possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; preference for candidates with an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent). Demonstrated expertise in Operations, consistently driving business functions to achieve tangible results. Deep understanding of the Home Loan industry with a strong dedication to driving its modernization. Proven ability to scale teams effectively, guiding them through transformative journeys. Outstanding interpersonal and communication prowess, adept at influencing stakeholders through impactful verbal and written communication. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve departmental objectives. Diligently identify, assess, and address risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal risk exposure. Thrive in dynamic environments, displaying adaptability and composure amidst ambiguity and change.
