- Digital experience is required as exposure and understanding of elements such as SEO, paid media, data and analytics are a key part of the every day job and interactions with clients
- A solid understanding of digital tools and the ability to sell in services (up sell, cross sell) and quickly understand products
- You should be able to show strong leadership qualities by leading by example in all day to day client service activities
- Support the Head of Client Service by driving strategic thinking across the portfolio of clients they would be accountable for
- You should have an understanding of how to drive and achieve KPIs across clients
- Management of cash flow and payment issues with clients and related job bags is key
- You will need to integrate well with the operational team and work effectively with internal systems and processes
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to multi-task and organise others
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive in nature
- Confident and able to work on own initiative
- High attention to detail
- Aptitude to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels
