- Booking in stock and monitoring stock availability
- Scanning certificates and documentation
- Speaking with hauliers, customers and internal staff members
- Providing administrative assistance to the purchasing team
- Be confident with using Excel and Word
- Have excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
- Prior experience working in a commercial administration role (6 months minimum)
- Office-based working hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (early finish on Friday)
- Starting salary £17,500 - 21,500p/a (dependent on experience)
