- Cycle counting of stock within the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory
- Analysing and updating inventory information on in house systems
- Investigating and rectifying of inventory discrepancies including identification of root causes
- Conducting inventory related audits
- Contributing to other inventory management projects as required
- Receiving, picking, and packing stock in a safe and efficient manner
- Undertaking local deliveries
- Operating in a safe manner, in accordance with training provided
- Working alongside Team Members to achieve targets and meet customer expectations
- Good attention to detail, and an accurate way of working to ensure all documentation and data is correct
- Understanding the need for a high level of customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team but also show initiative when required to work independently
- PC literate and numerate with good communication skills, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office as required
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems would be an advantage, although full training will be provided
- Ability to use IT Systems in accordance with training provided
- Good use of Six Sigma and Lean techniques
- Attention to detail required to assume quality checking/quality control
- Compliance with manual handling procedures
- Good Track record of high levels of attendance
