You will be trained in the treatment protocol and in the sale of products from our major brands. These trainings, materialized by a certificate, are recognized by the professionals of the well-being. The world opens up to you!You are

Challenger/Performer, you like to take on new challenges to develop the Spa's turnover (products and services) and guarantee the satisfaction of our customersYou will
- Develop yourself by benefiting from professional training on the protocols of renowned brands such as Sothys, Cinq Mondes or Payot
- Coordinate and promote the Spa area within the Resort (600 to 1200 clients)
- Manage a team of 5 to 17 employees
- Manage the economic and qualitative results of the Resort's spa
- Ensure the quality of customer relations by strengthening the Club Med culture and spirit
- Promote and set up commercial activities within the Resort
- Monitor stock status, identify supply needs and establish orders
- Work in collaboration with other Resort services (laundry, bar, restaurant, etc. )
- Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
- Guarantee compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assetsIn becoming a G.O Spa Manager, you will benefit from the infrastructures and activities offered by Club Med.
