- Sales Process Optimization: Lead the development and optimization of sales processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall sales performance.
- Methodology Enhancement: Refine and implement sales methodologies to align with industry best practices, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and strategic selling approaches.
- Training and Development: Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to excel in their roles
- Tool management: outline, own and maintain a sales desktop and technology stack enabling our sales organization to perform
- Channel- and Sales enablement: Co-create content which enables our organization to drive more sales across various channels
- Performance Metrics Establishment: Establish KPIs and measure sales effectiveness, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Head of Sales to ensure latest best practices are cascaded to the Sales organization
- A bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of first-hand B2B sales experience
- 3+ years of Sales Excellence experience
- Experience from a technical sales organization will be beneficial
- Experience with training a sales organization
- Experience with managing a CRM system from a sales perspective. Additionally, experience with a broader technology stack will be beneficial
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ample focus on customer centricity
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
