- Accomplishes business objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating key operational activities.
- Handles client/project acquisition and development (acquisition of new clients and follow up on existing pipeline)
- Prepares proposal for presentation to client (costing, proposal, contract)
- Maintains good relationship with existing clients; Complies with clients’ requirements in coordination with various departments.
- Get feedback from potential or current clients and provide it to internal teams.
- Assists in handling inquiries received through company's website and social medial accounts
- Provides information relevant to the company's market (market developments, business opportunities and threats)
- Administering market research to determine possible revenue opportunities and assess client demands
- Establishes relationships and cooperation with relevant agencies & associations.
- Graduate of any 4-year business, marketing or management course
- At least 2 years of work experience in Sales or Marketing,
- Preferably with background in airline or travel agency
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
