You will lead sales ops team and business analysis team to build up the infrastructure and playbook, and turn data into insights and action items and to push the business forward in a scalable way. This role will work intensively with the region leadership across functions (BD, CSM, marketing, product lines, etc.) and the global teamDesign the Go-To-Market model and sales territory plan to fit the need of an evolving market and organizations. Set sales target according to the sales strategy, territory development, and resource planning. Research and analyze data to create sales forecasts
Design or improve business/customer related processes to improve customer experience and sales efficiency
Provide regular reports/dashboards to the team, and identify key areas of highlights and lowlights for the team to focus on
Conduct data analysis for business insights and recommendation, and coordinate the team to implement recommendations to improve sales productivity
Define, manage, and optimize the KPI and commission process for the region
Identify customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
Implement and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
Coach, train, motivate, and drive the performance of the China business analytics team
Work with region teams and leadership, provide recommendations and AI to improve the region performance.
Promote data driven business thinking and create self-service tools and analytical solution to support employees and managers across the organization
Perform complex drill down analysis based on ad hoc busines needs and requests.
Manage a team, including hiring, providing ongoing feedback, fostering teamwork and meeting team-related goals
Work closely with other teams and departments to support the development of data tools, processes and products to improve our serviceGlobal Payment company|Strategic operation role ,partner with GM and global key stakeholders10+ years in a sales operation and business analysis department including 5+ years of management experience in a fast-moving business environment.
With a proven and successful experience managing a cross-functional team to the achievement of sales objectives and targets
Experienced in implementing and using Salesforce and other marketing automation tools to drive the practices and efficiency in business development and account managementDemonstrate strong business acumen and have proven planning skills and executive presence
Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal. Great command in both spoken and written English and Chinese - MandarinStrong analytical skills and a passion for the insights that result from those analyses. Ability to analyze complex information and data, translating these findings into actionable deliverables, strategies, targets, messages, and presentations.
Experience managing relationships with company executives and conducting initiatives to support data driven business decisions
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Sales&Marketing, Finance, or any other business related field, or equivalent fields
Consumer-oriented and have a passion for serving others, must work comfortably in a group setting
Self-motivated and inspire the same in his team
Well organized, energetic and hands on individual with a can-do approach
A problem solver and thought, experienced working under pressure
