Procurement Analyst (Process and Learning)

- Develop policies and procedures to global procurement team, understanding/capturing the differences among the regions;
- Map all the process flow from global procurement, aligning with other departments involved. Identify and work on process improvements;
- Organize and Execute the training and skills program for the procurement organization;
- Execution of the global supplier diversity program;
- Track and report metrics from global procurement teams (KPIs and Savings);
- Responsible for managing procurement technology (Cirtuo, etc) and associated master data (Taxonomy, Supplier Information);
- Implement governance process;
- Coordinate and lead global meetings, if required;
- Coordinate Global Town Halls;
- Support any audit need (SOX, internal audit report, action plan tracking, etc).
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Category Management, Supply Chain Management.
- Desirable MBA on Process Management.
- English Advanced/Fluent (writing and speaking).
- Spanish desirable.
- Current principles, practices and methods, pertaining to Procurement global business improvement systems and their adaptation to regional contexts.
