- You'll support analytics capabilities using existing data and other methodologies. This is to strengthen analytics on e-com/delivery apps & social media efficiencies as well as on Live Experiences field insights including sampling, events and pop-up stores.
- In this role, you will develop capabilities to understand, extract, clean and analyse data from a range of systems and data sources. You will be part of Touchpoint Mix Modelling projects with multiple stakeholders & markets involved.
- Part of the role requires accurate and timely reporting on CX intelligence, looking at e-com/delivery apps development, site performance, competition development in digital channels, social media monitoring & being a point of contact to gather all the relevant category/assortment insights with the I&F team.
- The key to the role is delivering actionable insights to the LATAM South region and local stakeholders. To reach this goal, you'll work with data and systems as well as the different marketing teams to build an integrated picture of the CX performance to give relevant, accurate and timely recommendations.
- Coordinate the 360 campaigns for top-priority occasions, leveraging the whole marketing and sales mix and ensuring the maintenance of these efforts to continually grow consumption for new-category brands across key moments of need.

- Bachelor's degree in Business management, marketing, advertising or related
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand or 360 marketing process.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ideally previous experience on Brand Activation roles. Solid understanding of intelligence area, focused on digital marketing & consumer information.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive marketing content and present ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for achieving results.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
