German-speaking Group Sales Specialist - Leisure Travel

• Responsible for selling leisure travel services to German-speaking group clients.
• Create and design safari itineraries for group travel in Southern and East Africa.
• Provide excellent customer service and consult with clients to determine their travel needs.
• Promote and sell various travel products, packages, and services.
• Handle inbound travel inquiries and bookings.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and industry standards.
• Deliver accurate and timely travel information to clients.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Fluency in German and English languages.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in leisure travel sales.
• Experience in designing and creating safari itineraries.
• Experience in selling travel services to group clients.
• Excellent knowledge of Southern Africa travel destinations and itineraries.
• Knowledge of East Africa advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
