- Managing and supervising the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and other operational departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Training, coaching, and mentoring staff members to uphold service standards and promote a culture of excellence.
- Monitoring guest feedback and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborating with department heads to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and guest experiences.
- Overseeing inventory management, procurement, and cost control initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in hotel operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
