The Group operates in Europe, Africa and Asia and has more than 1000 enthusiastic employees.SummaryAn important aspect of the Product Manager is to work in a close collaboration with the OEMs and negotiate with them to ensure that BIA can meet its customers' requirements in terms of products and prices. A key KPI as a distributor of a brand is effectively the market share of this brand in all the countries where we are representativesWhat will be your responsibilities?
  • Follow up all aspects related to buying and selling construction equipment in collaboration with all stakeholders: Local sales forces, Key account managers, Sales administration team, Logistics, Technical aspects, …
  • Collaborate with Cluster/Country/Support Managers for implementation of action plans in line with related business strategy
  • Support Business development and provide global offer to sales operations (project, tender, application, TCO) with application needed resources in collaboration with :
  • Internal support departments and teams (OEM Account Managers, After-Market Teams, Corporate Finance Teams, …)
  • External supports (OEM representative, design team or technical expert)
  • Provide global & bundled offers dedicated to construction and industrial customer application: product, parts, service & financing
  • Deploy application training & demo (Smart Fleet, Operator Training) & application event to all sales & technical teams
  • Implement tools, processes and policies in line with group guidelines, adapting them to business specificities
Who are we looking for?
  • Fluent English and French
  • Bachelor Degree Sales oriented with minimum 3 years experience
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft office products
  • Technical and commercial skills
  • Knowledge of dealer's and OEM processes
  • Negotiation skills
