Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of CNC Machines and local staff.- Management of the machining process, including machine setup and part of maintenance.- Promote quality improvement, utilization rate improvement, and cost reduction.- Control of production line based on production plan.- Makes improvements to set up process, improve efficiency and output - reduce setup time, reduce setup scrap.- Establish CNC setup, qualification & troubleshooting procedures and train Operators and Contribute in training & development for CNC department personnel Technicians to be able to handle the process independently.- Define, implement and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture of integrated heat spreaders.- Generate programs, tooling lists, cutting parameters, jigs & fixtures, run simulations and tests.- Work with production team and quality team to ensure all customer on time delivery.- Other tasks assigned by company.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical) or relate filed.- Must have experience in using CNC as production, expertise knowledge in CNC.- Would be an advantage with basic experience with CadCam software.- Experience in manager level for 10 years in manufacturing.- Good command in English.- Competencies in Managing and Measuring Work, Motivating & Building Effective Teams- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation/ exploring new techniques/equipment
