We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pitched Roof Shingler Foreman to lead a small team on residential re-roofing projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing all aspects of roofing projects with a specific focus on asphalt shingles. This position requires a commitment to delivering superior customer satisfaction, upholding high-quality standards, and creating a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities: Lead a crew in executing re-roofing projects, ensuring efficient workflow and addressing any site-specific challenges. Safety documentation, employee timekeeping, and visual documentation of project progress. Ensure compliance with company standards and techniques. Promote and maintain a constructive and supportive work environment.Qualifications: Proven experience in roofing, particularly with asphalt shingles, adapting standard methods to company-specific practices. Minimum 5 years of experience in a roofing or shingling role. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Additional certifications in working at heights and safety training are advantageous.Work Environment and Schedule:
This role involves working on different residential sites with varying daily hours, dependent on project needs. Must be flexible with hours, as work continues until roofing is adequately secured each day.
