This position is open and accessible (PCD) to all professionals with expertise and behavioral and technical skills for the challenge.ActivitiesTo active customers and prospects of OEMs according to the customer portfolio and customer segmentation (MCO + TIER 1) responsible for the first fill and after sales business of the OEM;Ensure and ensure proper planning of visits (Through salesforce)Define and ensure the annual sales strategic planDefine and ensure the correct implementation of strategies and commercial actionsDefine and ensure based on sales plans all commercial aspects aimed at profitability and optimization of resources, involving price, the payment condition, campaigns, and sales forecastEnsure due relationship and partnership with the board and management of the automakers served, providing statistical reports and sharing information in search of a better performance ensuring a strong and sustainable penetration.Define and ensure the action plan for prospecting new accounts in the (MCO + TIER 1);Manage to track the contracts of services and negotiate with customers the best practices to obtain a better operational results with customersEnsure the health of the client portfolio: credit limits, average price, volume. Mix, payment condition, and seasonality of purchases.Contribute to the participation of RFQs by conducting strategic partnerships with opinion-building clients, ensuring commercial profitability, and ensuring the sustainable development of the project.Contribute to other departments by ensuring that trade policies are alignedContext & EnvironmentSynergy with production, marketing, financial, logistics, and purchasing departments. Management Responsible for monitoring, controlling, and executing sales of the business with the support to the Management of OEMs & Large Accounts. Look for best market practices and create the right business conditions as business needs. Reports and attendances as directors of partner automakers.
