Role Brief:We are seeking an accomplished and analytical Senior Backend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the design, implementation, and deployment of server-side applications, ensuring exceptional responsiveness to requests from the frontend, mobile, and other teams.As a Senior Backend Developer, you will leverage your expertise in programming languages such as PHP, .NET, and Node.js, and work within AWS environments to assess existing code, stay current with industry advancements, resolve issues, and optimize user experiences. Additionally, you will contribute to our CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process.What you will be working on here in Koinz:

Feature Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, estimate, and plan new features within an agile framework.
Code Enhancement: Work closely with frontend, mobile, and other team members to define objectives and craft cohesive, functional code that elevates user satisfaction.
Architecture and Design: Contribute to the architecture and design of server applications and modules, ensuring robust and scalable solutions within AWS environments.
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, build, and deployment processes for efficient development workflows.
Preferred Languages: Utilize your expertise in PHP as the preferred language, along with proficiency in .NET and Node.js, to deliver solutions that meet diverse project requirements.
User-Centric Approach: Collaborate with product and design teams to comprehend end-user requirements, translate them into pragmatic technical solutions, and develop clean, thoroughly tested code.
Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy and continuously monitor production applications on AWS to optimize performance and reliability.

What you will need to fit in this position:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, or Information Systems.
Analytical Prowess: Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, including negotiation and communication abilities.
Technical Competencies: Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and troubleshooting within a large codebase.
Programming Skills: Excellent practical experience with PHP, along with proficiency in .NET and Node.js, and familiarity with modern server-side programming languages and frameworks.
Database Expertise: Strong database design and programming skills.
Version Control: Proficiency in Git and git-flow.
Testing: Knowledge of unit testing principles.
Visualization: Ability to visualize processes and outcomes using charts and diagrams.
AWS Experience: Familiarity with AWS environments and best practices.
CI/CD: Experience with implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
