Our support will bring you opportunity.The RoleThe Business Analyst - Technology Development will be working in the area of projects and change management of both new client Business Intelligence (BI) implementation, BI transformation projects and internal AMS transformation projectsThe role of the Business Analyst - Technology Development sits within the AMS Business Intelligence 'Data Lab' which has a key focus on Azure database development with SQL Developers creating, developing and maintaining a wide range of clients and internal AMS projects.Key Accountabilities

Engage and build relationships with project/change management stakeholders
Understand current business processes, systems, technology, reporting and the meaning of data points
Gather, analyse and document business requirements: question, challenge existing solutions and propose innovations where available
Document technical specifications for proposed solutions
Analyze the impact of the solutions to business continuity rules and projects' performance
Diagnose the data quality issues
Validate business requirements against the real data
Be a part of UAT process if necessary
Mediate between business representatives and technology team (developers)
Drive and support delivery (design, build) and implementations of reporting solutions so that they are aligned to business needs, technological capabilities and timelines

Skills & ExperienceEssential:

A minimum of 2 years Business Analysis experience
Experience in Business intelligence data, reporting and analytics (Microsoft Power BI / Tableau / Microsoft Excel)
Excellent documentation/technical specification skills
Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong stakeholder management experience across all levels
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work as part of a team to deliver outcomes within specific timeframe
Broadly thinking and foresee the consequences of taken actions
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability,
A history of working on successful projects to delivery
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Basic knowledge of SQL as building queries
Basic knowledge of Relational Database Design
Fluency in English and Polish.

Desirable:

Experience of technical database requirements and working with SQL developers
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge on ATS systems (like TalentLink, Workday, Fieldglass etc.)
Ability to draw technical solutions (data flows, database diagrams e.g. draw.io or other)
Understanding of the end to end recruitment process for both permanent and contract recruitment
Practical knowledge of reading, understanding SQL procedures
Good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (inc. DAX, Power Query)
Working with Azure DevOps
