£24000 to £25000 DOEShift PatternsMy client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support their retail customers with technical queries over the phone. Their customers are retailers who are calling in with queries regarding their EPOS systems/Card Machines. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be determining the faults via scripted questions to determine whether or not you are able to fix the Point of Sale device over the phone or whether a replacement needs to be issued.Customer Service Advisor Role:
- Inbound telephone support for retail customers
- Ordering stock on behalf of clients and arranging deliveries
- On the spot problem solving and diagnostics of both software and hardware
- Solving queries between merchants and their banking partners
- Communicating with other departments to ensure customers receive the best service possible
- As you are supporting retailers you will be required to work across shift patterns (37.5 hours per week). These are as follows:
- Weeks 1 Week 7: Between 8am and 6pm
- Week 8: 3pm 11pm (Working from Home)
- Alternate weekends: you will work x1 weekend day EITHER Saturday or Sunday. You will have two full weekends off per month.
