The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for assisting prospective students in the admissions process during walkins & on in-out calls conversions, providing information about educational programs, also should be responsible to handle pressure and achieving targets, handle team, conducting interviews, and evaluating applications. Additionally, the Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting the institution's educational offerings. Qualifications Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills Experience in Customer Service and Sales Knowledge of the Education industry Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's & Masters degree in a relevant field Experience in admissions counseling in Schooling, colleging, Universities, is a plus preference.
