- Providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences for guests throughout their stay
- Ensuring guests especially VIP clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
- Co-ordinating and managing communication between guests and staff and following up to ensure customer concerns are resolved
- Assisting Front Office Manager in overseeing guest relations aspect to ensure all standards and operating procedures are complied
- Liaising with various departments to provide an overall comfortable guest experience
- Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
- Responding to guests needs and anticipating their instated ones
- Establishing friendly relationship with regular hotel clients
- Degree/Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in luxurious hotels with 2 years in similar role
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, knowledge of other language is a plus
- Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate the team into high performance
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation skill
- Ability to work flexible hours
