We are looking for a Warehouse Compliance Technician who will be dedicated to maintaining high standards and contributing to our client's commitment to excellence.Contract: Full time permanent
Location: Hollystown, Dublin 15
Hours: Monday-Friday 07.30-15.45

They have set standards in the industry thus building up client trust.Summary: In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, legality, and quality of our products by adhering to strict Good Distribution Practice regulations and client Service Level Agreements .Responsibilities:
  • Receive, store, pick, and dispatch a variety of inventory items according to client requirements and internal procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and complete warehouse documentation adhering to ALCOA principles (Accurate, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, and Attributable).
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in client-directed inventory counts to ensure accuracy and control levels.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and pest-free warehouse environment.
  • Report any discrepancies, non-conformances, incidents, or accidents promptly.
  • Participate in GDP-related audits and activities, upholding the highest standards of quality control.
  • Perform inbound and outbound inspections to identify damaged or contaminated materials, following established protocols.
  • Effectively manage inventory stored in chill loading bays, ensuring proper temperature control (2-8°C).
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong understanding of GDP principles and a commitment to quality control.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures precisely.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in critically clean environment a strong advantage
