- Maintenance of building & structure, electrical and mechanical system such as; Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, Elevator, Escalator, Fire-Fighting installation, Hoisting, Natural Gas, PA, Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant, Grease Trap, Pump, Water Fountain, Sump Pit, Floor, Roof, Walls, Signage, Plumbing and BMS.
- Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Carry out inspection, testing and maintenance using ITM checklist.
- Attend on Tenants complaint.
- Assist Supervisor in the daily operation.
- Work order / Job request management.
- Asset tagging.
- Monitor and attend to contractors and sub contactors for maintenance work.
- Electrical, Working at Height, Hot Work and Confined Space Entry safety awareness/ prevention.
- 5S.
- Green building and energy efficiency projects.
- MLVK / SKM / Certificate or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Air Conditioning / Building or Mechatronic.
- Chargeman, Wireman or CIDB Certificate. (will be added advantage)
- 3 Year Relevant Experience.
