  • Act as first contact person for our Finance & Administration teams, with regards to process architecture and system optimization and adjustment
  • Act as a Business Process and Project partner to your colleagues from Finance & Administration teams
  • Act as a liaison between management, Finance & Administration, and revenue teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process and system improvements, either independently or in collaboration with implementation teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project coordination and alignment with organizational objectives from first concept to requirements engineering and roll-out including training and documentation
  • Set up a data driven framework and policies to constantly improve and optimize processes including but not limited to Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-pay and others in an international environment
WHO YOU ARE
  • You have 3+ years experience in Business Operations, Finance systems and process operations management or similar, preferably in fast growing SaaS business
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field beneficial
  • High affinity to IT systems especially strong familiarity with business process software such as CRM, CPQ tools, ERP systems
  • You have hands on experience in rolling out complex Finance projects and processes on time in a fast-paced environment while keeping an eye on the big picture
  • Exceptional planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively, preferably in an agile environment
  • You understand data, data flows and poses analytical skills accompanied with working knowledge of Excel and BI tools
  • You should have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have hands-on experience with leading process and system integrations projects in Finance suite
  • You have excellent spoken and written English, German and any other language is a plus

Your SalaryThe annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is EUR 45.000,-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
