Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Senior Architect Designer for an International Architecture Design Company to be based in their Dubai office.The right profile will:– Have a comprehensive understanding of, and the ability to coordinate and lead the design disciplines in developing design to technical solutions.– Provide mentorship to other design team members.– Have extensive knowledge of all aspects of professional practice from conceptual to schematic design through project close-out.– Be able to work and present ideas in a team environment as well as self-manage and self-motivate in a creative environment.– Possess a high level of design and technical proficiency in the production of drawings.– Lead the project team in the adherence to all practice standards.– Supervise the design and technical development of the project.– Work directly with Project Managers and Designers in the conceptual development of project documents.Requirements:– Bachelor or Master Degrees in Architecture Design.– 10+yrs exp working for internationally known design firms.– Strong Portfolio in large scale hospitality and residential projects globally and locally.– Strong Conceptual Design Skills, creative mind, with strong story telling ability.– Skills in Design softwares, including Rhino and Revit.– Hands-on design ability, capable to lead teams.– Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.Position is to be based in Dubai.Required profile
