- Provide general administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), and Board of Directors
- Manage calendars, schedules and logistics for CEO, CFO, CHRO, leadership meetings, town halls, board, and committee meetings
- Manage logistics and technology for virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams & Ring Central
- Act as central point of contact in support of Board of Directors and Grower Owners
- Preparation and submission of quarterly board payments and payment letters to directors
- Manage Board of Directors meeting logistics, including: preparing agendas, arranging hotel and ground transportation, catering, AV equipment set up, expense reporting
- Edit and finalize all meeting materials; sending out pre-reads to executives and Board
- Craft & develop executive level communications, including gathering information and drafting monthly board memo for CEO review and distribution to Board
- Manage meeting logistics to include sourcing hotels, manage contracts for off-site meetings and conferences, including coordinating arrangements and assembling appropriate information
- Prepare administrative budgets for CEO, monitor and track expenses
- Handle purchase order requisitions for CEO, CHRO, CFO and Board
- Manage travel logistics and expense reporting for CEO, CFO and CHRO
- Provide Notary Public services to Welch staff as needed
- Handle incoming mail addressed to CEO and Chairman of the Board to ensure it is properly received, reviewed and routed
- Establish and maintain appropriate files, logs and records including confidential information
- Makes decisions that positively impact the current and future state of the business

- Demonstrated presence and ability to effectively engage and work across diverse groups of employees, executives, grower owners and outside Directors
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred, Associate degree or equivalent required. An equivalent combination of education and experience that proves ability to perform role may be considered.
- 10 + years of experience required in an administrative role supporting CEO or other top-level executives
- Experience working directly and effectively with Boards of Directors is required
- Proven ability editing and proofing executive level communications
- Proficiency in ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
