Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and cultivate existing and new accounts to boost sales.
  • Manage new leads and foster relationships with current clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient sales and product delivery.
Requirements:
  • Preferably have B2B sales experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil and Gas industries.
  • Mechanical and hydraulic background is advantageous.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Preferably have connections with shipowners, ship managers, or contacts in the Oil & Gas/Offshore sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with clients.
  • Results-driven.
  • Highly motivated with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, energetic, strong negotiation skills, and presentable.
  • Preferably own a vehicle with a transport allowance.
