- Demonstrate expertise in selling/negotiating and managing complex customer situations.
- Lead Customer TS budget to execute brand strategy through prioritization of customers to achieve targets.
- Understand customers’ strategies, WM JBP KPI´s measures, priorities and needs that impact in-store to build strong commercial plans.
- This person will oversee customers’ P&L, sales KPI’s as Sell in, Sell Out, Inventories, Gross Sales, Credit & Collect, Trade Spending and commercial plan implementation.
- Retail Link and Tableau knowledge is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Engineering or similar.
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods Companies
- Fluent English
- Proficient computer skills ( Excel, Word, PPT)
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation skills, highly competitive, tenacious, and self-motivated)
