- Research and target potential customers in the residential and commercial sectors to expand the client base.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations with prospective clients to understand their roofing needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Showcase the features and benefits of our roofing products and services to address customer requirements and preferences.
- Provide accurate and detailed quotations and proposals to clients based on their project specifications.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and support throughout the sales process.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Follow up on sales leads and opportunities to progress them through the sales funnel and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue projections for management review.
- Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and support staff to coordinate sales efforts and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to share customer feedback, market insights, and sales updates.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
