- Managing the teams performance against budget and cash targets.
- Ensure the team meets their Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements and maximises all revenue generating opportunities.
- Ensure that robust controls are in place to ensure accuracy of processing and mitigate against errors.
- Identify, develop and implement process improvements and opportunities for automation across the service
- Driving and delivering process changes in order to improve the delivery of the services.
- Work closely to make recommendations to transform designated service areas by implementing new ways of working, including the adoption of new technology
- Implement and communicate operational strategies and solutions in line with the Business Plan.
- Ensure staffing levels are met and managed.
- Setting and managing the teams performance targets.
- Ensuring that operational risks are identified and controlled across the service.
