This position is office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week in line with Amazon's current flexible work guidance. Amazon encourages open communication about unique needs for flexible arrangements.As a Transportation Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving delivery performance issues that could negatively affect our customers. You'll understand the unique challenges of the transportation team and manage them collaboratively with other cross-functional teams. Your motivation and commitment to our customers will ensure that our response to delivery issues is timely and efficient. You will be required to make real-time decisions effectively, by doing your research, weighing up your options and learning as you progress. The result of your work will be the timely delivery of Amazon packages to millions of customers around the world.About the team

- Relevant experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- A degree
