- Take charge of planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, specifically focusing on fintech ERP transformations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress against key milestones and deliverables.
- Manage and coordinate resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and third-party consultants, to ensure timely completion of project tasks within budget constraints.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to overcome challenges and obstacles.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives, priorities, and timelines.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, including project progress, budget status, risk assessments, and key decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on fintech ERP transformations.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale, complex projects within the financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems, technologies, and architectures, with hands-on experience in fintech solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid grasp of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the ability to adapt and apply them in dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to quickly assess situations, identify issues, and devise practical solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project management environments is a plus.
