School website:SummaryThe Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding, passionate, experienced and committed, teaching assistant to join our school with excellent standards of behaviour and learning. We need someone who is able to inspire, motivate and communicate outstanding practice, initially in our Key Stage 1 team.We are looking for an excellent practitioner who:
  • will maintain the exceptionally high standards of teaching and learning established at the school
  • will demonstrate excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • will be an active member of our school team and contribute to the school's Christian and nurturing ethos
  • is a passionate TA, to work initially in KS1 with pupils with special educational need/additional needs
  • is confident and supportive with strong behaviour management and excellent nurturing skills in order to provide the extra motivation to inspire pupils to reach their goals.
  • has previous experience working with children with special educational needs is essential
