- Support the entire project lifecycle, assisting with initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, by using appropriate delivery methodologies (traditional and/or Lean-Agile).
- Engage project stakeholders and understanding their needs and expectations.
- Help define project plans by contributing to the scope, benefits, budget, resources, timeline, and quality plans under guidance.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies, collaborating with teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and prevent delays.
- Manage project deviations (scope, budget and capacity), including processing change requests.
- Provide regular project status reports and updates to the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Help identify changes that impact people, processes, and tool adoption within the organization, and support the Change Manager in developing and implementing change management plans.
- Coordinate with external consultants and providers as needed.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by learning about project management practices and contributing to the PMO's evolving best practices.
- Bachelor Degree
- More than 3 years and up to and including 6 years of experience in project and/or portfolio management within financial institutions or capital markets.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects through the full life cycle, particularly those involving technology and software solutions.
- Experience elaborating and/or reviewing project documents i.e. business case, project charter, change request, project closure.
- Experience in resource capacity and budget planning and/or monitoring on both project and portfolio level.
- Experience in managing engagements with third party during project execution.
- Ability to communicate project and/or portfolio progress to Senior Management level.
- Strong experience in using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Change Management practice and main tools.
- Understanding with the following business topics: Project Management Office standards, User Access Management process, financial industry regulatory standards, AI-powered tools e.g. MS copilot.
- Good knowledge of English
- Understanding of international organizations similar to the European Institution's business and operating model would be beneficial.
- Project Management and Lean-Agile certifications such as PMI, PM2, Prince2, MSP, Scrum, SAFe are desirable.
