- Be a Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for troubleshooting system-related issues and inquiries.
- Assist junior team members in identifying root cause, developing possible solutions, implementing fixes after proper testing/validation and prepare detailed documentation for issues reported by cross-functional teams.
- Support the implementation of financial software systems, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, accounting software, budgeting tools, and reporting platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other business applications and databases.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades or enhancements.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract actionable insights from financial data. Generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into related performance metrics.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements related to pertinent processes. Develop and implement controls to mitigate risks, ensure data security, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Evaluate current processes, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operations.
- Experience as a Financial Systems Expert with a focus on modules/processes within Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion (such as include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Financial Close and Consolidation, Planning & Budgeting).
- Unviersity degree, preferably in Finance area.
- Ability to guide a team of Subject Matter Experts.
- Capable of understanding and implementing new business processes.
- Proven experience in work transition, including leading teams through process changes, system implementations, or organizational restructuring.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices within a team environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English.
