Worldwide Zoo Consultants is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dog Keepers who specializes in positive reinforcement techniques. You will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of dogs and their owners by teaching effective and humane training methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision to dogs in our facility, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Implement positive reinforcement training techniques to encourage good behavior and address any behavioral issues.
• Lead group training sessions to teach basic obedience commands and promote socialization among dogs.
• Conduct individual training sessions with dogs to address specific training goals and challenges.
• Maintain clean and sanitary living conditions for dogs, including cleaning kennels, feeding, and grooming as needed.
• Monitor the health and behavior of dogs, and promptly report any concerns to management or veterinary staff.
• Interact with clients to provide updates on their dogs' progress and address any questions or concerns.

Position Requirements:

• Previous experience working with dogs in a professional setting, such as a dog daycare, kennel, or training facility.
• Knowledge of positive reinforcement training methods and dog behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both dogs and their owners.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for dogs.
• Certification in dog training or a related field is a pluss.
