  • Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons across the Key Stage Two curriculum
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help with their learning
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported
  • Support students with their academic progress, providing targeted interventions and support as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other duties to support the smooth running of the classroom and school
Requirements:
  • Experience working with upper primary students in an educational setting preferred
  • Knowledge of the Key Stage Two curriculum and a commitment to promoting student achievement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting students' learning and development
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
