- Project Oversight: Review, manage, and proactively challenge the status-quo of project operations, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. Prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive and support strategic business cases that align with organizational needs. Collaborate with Senior Leadership to implement technology platforms that enhance workflow automation and best practice sharing.
- Clinical Trials Expertise: Utilize your background in clinical trials to lead value-based special projects. Engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conduct gap analyses, redesign processes, and roll out new systems or significant enhancements.
- Risk Management: Employ a proactive risk management approach to anticipate and address potential issues arising from new processes, tools, or systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, represent team in initiatives aimed at enhancing existing systems.
- Operational Management: Ensure the execution of project plans, manage project budgets, and provide operational support to project teams.
- Education: Advanced degree or a Bachelor's degree in Life Science industry with equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Clinical Trials Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in global strategy, innovation, or clinical operations management.
- Project Management Skills: Comprehensive project management abilities, with a proven track record in planning and executing cross-functional projects.
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and direct others in a complex matrix project environment.
- Global Collaboration: Experience working in a global matrix environment.
